Love my family
Listening to this exercise it made me think about my family alot, and how everything I do is always for them. This time I didn't fal asleep listening to it because I actaully wasn't tired from working all day and I actually got to listen to the whole mp3 without falling asleep. In the beginning whent he waves were crashing it made me think about my wife and I's wedding. We had a destination wedding in Saint Thomas and it just reminded me of that. Wish I was still there, best time of my life.

Pysical well being
I have always thought of myself as being a very physical person and I have always been in shape mind, body and soul. Toward my physical well being I am a 10. The reason is because like I told you the beginning in my post, is that I am a very physcial person. Spititually I believe I am a 7 just because I don't feel that I'm in tune with my body spiritaully as I could be. My psychological well being is a 10, my mind set for things is off the charts. Psychlogical when I set my mind on something I always accomplish it.
Physically I just need to stay in shape and keep doing what I'm doing. Eating healthy and exercise will alwas keep me in good shape physically. Spiritually I believe that I need to focus more having my faith in God more. I have distancing myself from my faith because of how busy I am. So my goal is to practice my faith more. Psychologically I just need to focus more on the task at hand and not worry about other things that are on my plate at the time.
Physically, eating healtheir. Spiritaully, go to chuch. Psychologically I just need to focus more.
After hearing the exercise again I fell asleep, but I woke up and actually listened to it again. I had a sense of calm over my body.

Relaxation
While doing the exercise I became very sleepy and tired but I believe that had to with, I had a long day training clients. So I tried it the exercise in the morning when I woke. This exercise actually put me in a relaxed mode and got me ready for the day and doign my workout. Usually it takes awhile for me to get going in the morning and listening to this exercise cleared my mind and got me ready for the rest of the day. I have tried meditation before and it didn't really work for me, but I do think this was because was so distracted because I tried this in a midlle of a field in Iraq.
