Relaxation

While doing the exercise I became very sleepy and tired but I believe that had to with, I had a long day training clients. So I tried it the exercise in the morning when I woke.  This exercise actually put me in a relaxed mode and got me ready for the day and doign my workout.  Usually it takes awhile for me to get going in the morning and listening to this exercise cleared my mind and got me ready for the rest of the day.  I have tried meditation before and it didn't really work for me, but I do think this was because was so distracted because I tried this in a midlle of a field in Iraq.
